About Dr. Hudnall
Thomas Hudnall is Vice President – Corporate Legal and Assistant Corporate Secretary at Alcon, a global leader in ophthalmology. He has served at Alcon in various legal roles since 2008. He has broad expertise in corporate finance, governance, securities, M&A, licensing and other strategic corporate transactions.
Before joining Alcon, Tom served as Assistant Vice President, Corporate and Securities Counsel at D.R. Horton, Inc., a national homebuilder. Before that, he was a corporate attorney at the law firm of Winstead P.C., focused on corporate finance, securities and M&A.
Tom holds a B.S. in Economics from Texas A&M University and a J.D. with Honors from the University of Texas School of Law.
