About Dr. Rosetti
Sara Rosetti leads the HR organization at Aurion. Her focus is on building organizational capability through attracting, retaining and developing individual employees, people managers and leaders.
Sara has more than 25 years leading HR organizations at biotechs, having held executive roles at argenx, Compass therapeutics, Sobi, and Takeda Oncology. She is skilled at leadership development, employee relations, coaching, and performance management.
Sara received her MA and Ph.D. In psychology from Emory University.
She is a native New Yorker, the proud mom of two young professionals and is committed to giving back to her community.
