About Ms. Chandler
Heidi Chandler is Head of Program Management at Aurion Biotech, where she leads development planning and execution while driving cross-functional alignment across the company’s pipeline.
She brings more than 20 years of experience advancing biopharmaceutical programs across diverse modalities, from preclinical development through clinical execution, including IND and NDA submissions and global regulatory engagement.
Prior to Aurion, Heidi held leadership roles at emerging and mid-sized biopharmaceutical companies, supporting portfolio strategy, global development execution, and key regulatory milestones. She holds a B.S. in Biology and Anthropology and is an inventor on multiple U.S. patents.
